********** CONTRACT AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION

Someone opened cellc contract in February **********ly using my details. I noticed when debit order was deducted on my FNB account. I contacted cell and an agent provided me with the list of documents so submit and email address to submit. I submitted affidavit, bank statement and ID copies to the *** on the 20th April 2021. I never received any responds and I resend the same email on the 27th April 2021. I contacted call center and the provided me with the following number *** to contact and inquire, contacted the number several times unanswered. I contacted again call center on the 26th to follow up and agent said they will contact me within 48 hours but never did. This is so frustrating and depressing, my name is on the line. FIX THIS MESS, I NOW BEGIN TO THINK THAT YOU ARE THE ONE WHO ARE USING OUR DETAILS **********LY BECAUSE YOU LACK COMMUNICATION. I will resort to go to my lawyers.
