I purchased an IPhone on Sunday 05/04. The screen was cracked when I opened it. THE phone was not opened in store. When I returned the handset i was told that I signed the document and it stated that I wanted the handset to be sealed. Tracey made a note on the contract that I wanted it sealed after I signed the contract. This can be proved because I have a copy of the contract. She also ticked the box stating that she has checked the goods in store when it was not done. For her to write a note on the contract after I signed is extremely ********* and **********. And for them to blame their customers because they never Done there job properly is pathetic customer service.
