********** CONTRACT /ACCOUNT OPENED,UNAUTHORISED DEBITS

I have a HUGE PROBLEM with Cell C .It has come to my attention that an account or contract was opened in my name in April **********LY.Debit orders went off from my bank account from April till now without my authorization Obviously because I have never had a contract with Cell C and will never in future.I contacted Cell C on the 26th of April to report this and to inform them that I NEVER opened an account with them or entered into an contractual agreement with them and therefore they CANNOT debit my account. On top of that whenever I spoke to them I had to confirm details on their system to pass the security check as if I am a client of theirs.

They sent me an email afterwards to request an affidavit and copy of my ID which I did send to them.

I havent had satisfactory response to my concerns and complaints ,up until now they are making debit orders from my account ,when I reversed it they would create another profile to debit my account so that it doesnt get blocked because I did put a stop order to block future DEBITS.

They requested a bank statement ,which I will NOT provide because they can see from their side what they have done.

Point is :I HAVE NOT OBTAINED A CONTRACT WITH CELL C AND THEREFORE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENTS OF THIS ACCOUNT OR CONTRACT. PLEASE FIX THIS MESS AND CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND STOP DEBITTING MY BANK ACCOUNT.

IF YOU CONTINUE WITH THIS I WILL HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE THAN TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST CELL C WHICH I COULD HAVE DONE ALREADY .I WILL NOT BE MAKING FURTHER CALLS WITH CELL C and I want to be reimbursed for the UNAUTHORISED DEBITS from my bank account , they are wasting my time and I'm getting nowhere with them .

PLEASE FIX THIS MESS!!!!
