********** Contract

I am so unhappy right now with cell c, on the 29 April 2022 someone opened a contract account using my credentials and in May I received a statement via the email and immediately called their ***** department and was informed to go and do an affidavit and forward it back to them and did as I was instructed. The reply from the email sent was that I will receive a feedback in 48 hours but nothing happened and then they started debit money from my bank account and in June I went to their head office to activate a ********** case and I was promised that it will be dealt with and account will be deactivated, I received a letter from Mr Johnny Williams who assured me that they will even remove the account from credit bureau and to my surprise I received on the 7th July I received a statement that I need to pay 4100 and it will be debited from my account, for what?????, and the cell c account still appears on ITC nothing was done!!!!! Can someone from this horrible Mobile service provider please tell what should I do now and can they please remove my information from their system I want nothing to do with them.
