I did all that. I send an affidavid copy of ID. But still the matter is not resolved. Now I am listed on ITC and I am being harrased by call ten times a day by some attorneys become cellc handed me over for the contract I do not know. I am so disappointed with cell after being loyal customer for 2 decades. Please help me

20 Sept 2022, 22:26I was **********ly given a contract without my concern. I received a sim card which I was told that it was free. When I inserted the Sim to my phone I found out that it was a contract which I did not concerned for. I emmediatly called customer help line and I was told to make an affidavid stating what happened and my copy of ID. I did that the following day. After no response I send an email to enquire about the case but I only responded with an auto message saying my claim will be attended to within 48 hours. Now my bank account is being debited with R700+ which I can't afford please help me because call centre can not help me
