I have been trying to get assistance from Cell C on a ********** contract that was opened with my details and to get my name cleared from SA ***** Prevention but no one is assisting me and this messed up my credit score and my bank froze my account. This is very terrible and annoying. Client services are very terrible and the dropped phone calls are the worst

SAFPS is stating that you guys have not removed me from your ***** data base. The correct case number is ***. Can this be sorted and I nee a confirmation letter for my bank to release my funds
