On the 31 January a transaction of R400 went off on my account, it was from Cell C. I then went to the nearest store to inquire what the transaction was all about. i was told that my details were used to take out two cellphone contracts at a cell c store by a consultant named Hendrick Sello. I then contacted cell c support so that they can assist me. I gave them all the details they requested, but till this day the issue has not been resolved, today another transaction of R1300 went off from Cell C.

I am therefore thinking that opening a ***** case with the police would assist me and taking further legal actions such as defamation of character and suing the company as this is damaging my credit report.
