********** Contact Opened
A Cell C contact has been **********ly been opened up in my name. My ID number and personal details were listed with SAFPS last and and I was advised that any account or credit facility application would automatically be flagged and no account / contract will be allowed to proceed.
How can Cell C approve a contact for an ID number which is listed on SAFPS when they themselves are a member of this group???
How is this possible that a company like Cell C does not follow due process and approve a contact for an identity which is listed and flagged as being compromised?

29 Apr 2021, 09:06After more than 20 phone calls to Cell C in the past two weeks, NO-ONE at Cell C has phoned me back. No explanation given, no update!!!!! Disgusting service from Cell C. How can a large company like Cell C not take ***** seriously ?????

This was reported on 19 April 2021.
To date no one at Cell C had returned any of my calls, nor respond to my emails.
If anyone is thinking of taking out a Cell C contact DONT !! They do not take ***** seriously.
Clearly Cell C have a "no care" attitude when it comes to instances of this magnitude.

This was reported on 19 April 2021.
To date no one at Cell C had returned any of my calls, nor respond to my emails.
