worst service ever at their ***** Department. they reply to emails atleast after 2 weeks , they dont give you a reference number nor come back to you. I complained here and was given an email to forward my Documents of which I did early February still today no reply . I did not open an account with Cell C and you keep on debiting my account and this is affecting my credit record. one lady named Narisha Goudan acknowledged my email once but since then no update . just close this account cause i had never opened it.
