********** Collection Of Money From My Account ny Cell C
Cell C still debit my account for an account I closed few months ago. I have even tried to stop the payment with my bank but they changed the amount so that they continue to debit my account. Not even once they called and asked why is my sim not in use... this is so frustrating and unprofessional from a customer service point of view.

24 Aug 2022, 09:53Cell C have failed to give me my call recording of April 02, 2022 between 08h27 am and 15h38 pm. Your Social Media has blatantly denied that I called Cell C between October last year and August rhis year which is a lie and I have sent them an email with an attachment containing call logs in April 2, 2022, between 08h27 and 15h38 and requested records thereof but they have failed to do so to date.
I am going to escalate the matter to National Consumer Commission if you do ot follow this matter up and do right by it in the next 7 days.
