********** Cellphone delivery

Hello Peter, My name is Zamokuhle Ngwenya, I ordered a contract phone with cell c in march 2014 online and everything passed, they were to deliver my phone at work in 7 day but that never happened, End of the month that year they started deducting money from my account with i reversed the money back to my account. this happened for 3 months, i called them and told them that the phone was never delivered. They then investigate and called me back to say that it was they can see that the phone was never signed for . But my worry now is that they have blacklisted me. I am now unable to buy a house because for their careless mistake. Please help.
