********** cellc debit orders

<p>To whom it may concern<br /> <br />I am extremely unhappy about the bad service I received from cellc being a loyal customer this is awful.<br />There was a time earlier this year I made means to settle my contract account in full so there won’t be monthly charges<br />That has been done I was guaranteed the account is paid therefore will not be billed anything monthly<br />To my surprise a debit order for an amount of R3186.79 was deducted from my personal bank account on the 29th November 2016<br />I referred to the cellc branch requesting they check what the debit order was for as I currently don’t have any contract<br />The store consultant was unhelpful advising they cannot tell the reason will log a dispute for investigation<br /> <br />It cost me time to then refer to the bank to reverse the debit order as I needed the money to pay other debts and support my child<br />Logged a complaint on hellopeter for cellc’s *********** accounts department just deducting money to date no feedback received<br />Kindly assist to getting this query resolved as I cannot afford to be debit again for unknown accounts it will affect my credit history.</p> <p>Today Cellc has debited again R1244.17, after cancelling all my Contracts with them which cost me R6000 In September.Could you please assist me hence I cant take this anymore.</p>
