********** cell phone contract opened in my name

So Cell C send me a private reply to my ***** complain regarding them..they told me to email the affidavit from the police station together with other documents and they'll look in to it the email address that was communicated to me was *** i did what they asked of me took i screen shot the hello peter complain i send with their reply and also emailled it as they required it its a few days now almost a week and no one from cell c has contacted me to reassure me that they busy handling my complain...they have the worst service and they are unreliable...
