********** Cell C sales agents

I'm highly disappointed in Cell C. All I wanted to do is to upgrade my extisting data contract but the agent Samkelisiwe Samantha Dlomo loaded two new contracts without my knowledge and consent. I then called in to cancel these contracts immediately but that didnt happen and as a result I got debited twice for these two new contracts. I want my money back now.
