********** Cell C!! Disgraceful!

Around the time of my upgrade, I received numerous calls from cell C direct trying to sell me a second contract disguised as an upgrade... At this point, I had already received my early upgrade. I clearly declined all second contract offers. Yet, two days after my conversation with( Zahieda-if I remember correctly) I receive an sms from Dawn wing saying that my parcel is out for delivery! This being the parcel I said NO to! I contact Cell C and they advise me to send back the parcel without signing for it. I do exactly that. In fact, I didn't even touch it!! I call Cell C to let them know and they assure me that I WILL NOT BE CHARGED. YET... I have been charged varied amounts since July!! Ive had to reverse debits which is now affecting my credit rating. This is unacceptable!! I cannot afford to and should not have to pay for something that I don't even have. I've raised this with Cell C who confirmed that the phone was signed for and activated. Surely you should have a record of who signed for it! They asked me to send them an affidavit stating that I don't have the phone as well as ID docs. This was submitted on 10 September and I still have not heard from them.... BUT THEY MADE SURE TO DEBIT ME!!
