********** CELL C CONTRACTS

I have been sent from pilar to post by cell c call centre agent and your in-store consultants at my expense and time.

I was advised by blakes and associates that my ID number was handed over to them due to 2 contract phones none payment which i know nothing about as i have never app**** for a CELL C CONTRACT and i dont have a cell c sim card.

They advised i go make an affidavit, 10 specimen signatures and my id copy which i sent to them last year already.

I have been doing a follow-up with them to check on the status of this investigation and now being advised the file has been handed back to cell c in February 2020 already.

Now i have been calling Cell C being sent from pillar to post and having explain and re explain and re explain to no accurate feedback but instead being given reference numbers with no feedback as promised by the urgents the turn around time being 48 hours and to date i have not received any form of feedback.

Can i requeat that this issue be resolved with urgency as this affecting my livelihood,my credit score, my credit application as my ID number has now being flagged.

The last reference given was : ***.

Can i get feedback urgently.
