********** Cell C contracts

<p>On the 29/07/2016 I was debited with an amount of R2457.38 by Cell C. I immediatly contacted the bank to reverse the debit order as I did not take any contracts with Cell C. I thereafter contacted the Cell C call centre to escalate my ***** complaint. I was told by a consultant that five contracts were taken on my name. Since then i have not received any feedback from cell C and this morning I have received another sms to say my accout was debited by R2104.95 with the Ref ********** ********** 784. To my utter disappointment I contacted the Cell C call centre and no consultant was able to assist me. I have been put on hold on numerous occasions only to discover that the numbers I have received were not the ***** department and I was told there is no ***** department. I am totally apalled by the lack of service from Cell C..... </p> <p>Please assist me before I become blacklisted due to Cell C's Neglience in opening up contracts. Highly frustrated citizen.</p>
