********** cell c contract opened in my name without my knowledge

Someone is trying to open a cell c contract using my details. Why is it so difficult to contact cell c from another network (Vodacom) provider? Every different number I have tried, the system rejects "the number that I have entered" is not a cell c number and I cannot continue any further. Why must everyone always resort to HelloPeter to get ANY form of service.

I need some of cell c to contact me to have this resolved ASAP.
