********** Cell C contract but Cell C won't assist!!

August 2018 i found out that someone had **********ly used my details to take up 3 cellphone contract with Cell C. On 7 September 2018 i went to the head office with an affivadit from the SAPS and they said an investigation will be opened and i shall be informed about the process. Till today i haven't received correspondence regarding this. I tried to apply for a loan and when the credit checks came back, i owe Cell C +- R10 000, as such this loan is declined. When i called today (7 Feb 2019) i am told that no case/investigation was opened for this. Its been 4 months since i lodged this complaint with Cell C, on their system, they could clearly see that thr information provided by the f********* and my information is different, i fail to see how this has no been resolved till now and no one has ever contacted me to update me about this case. I refuse to pay for monies that i don't know about, now my once great credit score is ruined because of this, the service from Cell C is trash! I am starting to suspect that this was an inside job given that no one wants to assist!! Fix my credit score cell c!!!!
