********** Cell C contract

In the beginning of 2019 I got a call from nudebt claiming that I have been handed over by Cell C over an unpaid contract. I then contacted Cell to clarify the issue & to inform them that I never took up a contract. I submitted all the required documents (affidavits) to show that the account was **********ly opened. To date Cell C has not removed their account on my ITC profile & its ruining my report. It's frustrating cause I have been sent from pillar to post to have the matter resolved & yet nothing has transpired. It's not our problem that Cell C does not have proper systems in place to fight crime, but may we not be punished for that. Have the matter sorted out
