********** cell c agent

In October agent from cell c called me offering cell phone contracts which I did not accept. On the 24 October 2018 (08:54)I received otp number 577885.I also did not accept, by the end of October I got charged (about R26-R29), when I queried it was cell c. End of November 2018 l was charged R399. From that time till today no one from cell c is prepare in helping with this ***** .moses mo***eng who is suppose to be helping on the 16/01/2019 requested copy of my ID and affidavit, but he sms wrong email address which was ********** instead of ********** and he said he will closed the case becouse I do not cooperate with him .when I explain his stupid mistake he did not want to listen .I have sent documents (21/01/2019 at 14:49) and he never return. If cell c can get someone with better knowledge and understanding it would have been resolved in October 2018 . Otherwise my legal team is prepaired to take matter to court against *****ing to my bank account and signing me on contract i never accept. I don't understànd why they don't tract cell phone(imei) and card , where it was delivered and who sign it.
