********** cell C accounts

I have come to realise that some body opened an account with cell C for two cellphones using my details. The account was opened in George on 12 October 2018. Ever since then I have been reversing the amount debited. I called cell C ***** department and advised me to send the relevant documents which I did at the store in heidelberg. Their response was I need to send the contracts concerned of which I don't have because I did not open the accounts
