********** Cell C account affecting my cedit score

Cell C interactions are appalling to say the least. The allowed an account to be opened, using my ID and someone's Name. The have me on their system for when i had to rica my prepaid line, being the only line from Cell C that i have. The picked up that the it was a ********** account before i even knew about the existence of said account, accordingly to the Store i visited. Sadly no one can give me the email address of the ***** department, to where i was told i would need to send an affidavit, copy of ID and Signature. Like how does a big company of your stature fail dismally at something as simple as this.
