********** Cell c Account

I recently wanted to do a telephonic contract application with cell c. I was informed that my credit check shows that i have i cellc account from the past that is in bad credit and is deactived on the system (whatever that means). I have never had a cell c account ever. And i never skip or shortfall payments. Where did this ********** cell c account come from????? Is Cell c in cahoots with ********** to allow something like this??? I tried calling cell c legal and never got my call answered after holding on for hours at a time. (no exaggeration) I call a few time and kept holding on and on..... Maybe there IS NO cell c legal dept.
