Bought a phone on the 1st of February 2021 via the cell c website for my mom as a gift but till today it hasn't been delivered and they now claiming to not know anything about the purchase whereas they have taken my money for the phone. Been fighting with them for the past weeks and they don't bother to even give feedback and I always have to be the one who runs after them. I have all the proof for everything and I'm tired of their ********** behavior.

All I want is my money back I no longer want the phone I'll go to another service provider, just refund me my money then I'll be done with y'all
