*****. My father passed away 5 years ago. I went to the cell c branch at forrest hill and gave them all the documents to close the account. They said it would be closed. 2 it has not been done and no one can get hold of the legal department no matter how much you try calling. 3 I went back to the store and it was closed so I went to the cell c branch at the reds mall and gave in the documents there and they even complained that they were trying to fix a personal line and the legal department does not answer or help it's own staff... 4 I went to the mall of africa to help and they can't. This cell c company is still deducting R100.69 every month.
