I closed my account with them last year September and they even stopped sending me statements. This year may out of no where they sending me a bill off R145 claiming i owe then and this is now messing up my credit record. Their accounts team have no idea what they doing if the are busy billing customers they no longer have!!!

19 Jul 2021, 16:44When I closed it i requested a statement and amounts payable were paid on the day. My statement was even sent not showing any amounts owing. Why is it showing 8 months later? why does it suddenly now come from?
