********** AND ******* DEBIT ORDERS BY CELL C

********** AND ******* DEBIT ORDERS BY CELL C

- I terminated my Cell C Fibre Contract on 30 July 2017 on the Vumatel Portal. Vumatel immediately suspended the fibre service and I could not have used Cell C Fibre since then. - I also contacted Cell C directly to advise that I had cancelled the contract and further sent an email to ********** - To date Cell C continues to debit my account. - I have attempted to reverse some of the debit orders online but then Cell C *******ly and **********ly resorts to splitting the total amount into 2 debit orders in order to bypass ABSA's debit order system. - Further, the original debit amount was increased from R 1499 per month to R 1574 without any Communication from Cell C as to the reason for the increase. - Cell C has never sent me an Invoice. I don't even have an account number. - Several calls to call centre have proved futile as the call centre is manned by a bunch of imbeciles who either place you on hold for such along time that you are eventually forced to cut the call OR you are told that you are being transferred and the call is then cut by one of the imbeciles. - I am now forced to lodge complaints with the Consumer Protector, the Internet Service Providers Association and the Payments Association of South Africa. - I will also cause a case of ***** to be opened against Cell C by the SAPS.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CELL C AND DEAL INSTEAD WITH A REPUTABLE SERVICE PROVIDER EVEN IF THIS MAY COST YOU MORE.

SHARE YOUR BAD EXPERIENCES WITH CELL C ON HELLOPETER AND SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS SO THAT CELL C CANNOT CONTINUE TO DE***** CONSUMERS.

CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS REGULARLY AND THOROUGHLY FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS BY CELL C.
