********** AND. DISMISSABLE OFFENCE BY CELL C EMPLOYEE

I have learned out today that an employee working for cell c cancelled my contract for the gadget without my consent. No communication was send to me as at all.I bought a laptop from cell c which had a faulty software and hard drive. The gadget was still brand new and did not even use it.I politely requested for cancellation and refund and they refused.I have been loyally paying for the gadget not knowing that the Lady by the name of Theodore molotsi initiated a cancellation behind my back and didn't bother to inform me.I went to the store to collect it since I didn't get any satisfaction or resolution to my query and was informed my contract is cancelled.I asked them how,when and who initiated that because I don't have any knowledge of this, the assistant said the person you spoke to I informed them and laptop was collected from the store.My request is that Cell C must refund my premiums from inception date and no longer want to do business with them.What the lady did is a dismissable and ********** offence committed against my will. I was not informed about whereas every month my account is debited.I want action taken against the culprit and apology letter as well.THIS IS PURE. *****ING,***** AND DISMISSABLE OFFENCE AT ITS BEST. SUCH A BIG COMPANY TO BE DRAGGED INTO MUD LIKE THAT BY ITS OWN EMPLOYEE WHO ***** FROM CUSTOMERS.I WILL NOT PAY MY PREMIUMS UNTIL MY QUERY IS RESOLVED AND REFUND ACTIONED AS WELL.WHO GAVE HER THE RIGHT TO DO WHAT SHE DID AND KEPT QUITE ABOUT IT?IAM SO ANGRY AND DISGUSTED AT THIS AND WANT JUSTICE SERVED FOR ME. SHE TOOK ME FOR GRANTED AND M BEING HONEST AND LOYAL WITH PAYING MY PREMIUMS HOW DARE SHE? I WILL NOT REST AND WILL MAKE SURE THAT MY RIGHTS AND QUERY IS RESOLVED.HOPE THE PLATFORM IS STILL RELEVANT?
