Cell C is useless , its been 8 months not getting no form of assistance . At first I was advised last year August my account was handed over to ssda , I contacted ssda they knew nothing I was sent back for forth between ssda and cell c for months . I call, email and text cell c everyday and I am giving different information and I went to head office and the lady that was supposed to assist me was useless just like all of them that have called and emailed me. I eventually settled the account and got the paid up letter . I followed with their social media account to check if the account is closed because historically cell c haven't been helpful and they said yes . I emailed their collections department I am told I owe R3560 even though I was asked to pay R4005 . They advised that they will close this account and contact ssda to update my payment profile and notify the bureaus I contacted SSDA myself and they say the account is not with them and was closed early last year. so Cell c is a ***** , deceptive and incapable of assisting their customers . I have reported them thrice on hello peter but no assistance at all . They do not take their business seriously and they are *********** . How to I get a paid up letter if I still owe , this does not make sense .
