An unauthorised debit order went off my account. I have 500 monthly contract with cell c of which I nol longer use as I had network issues with it. They debited 2100 this month of which I dont understand why that amount as I never skipped my payments with them and I use unlimited data with vuma. This is not the 1st first time they debit extra amount on my account. I experienced a lot of network problems with them h3nce I ended up having 2 wifis as it was not reliable. Whenever I call they will tell me that technicians will call and I never received a call. My time and my productivity at work was affected as I had network issues.
