********** AGREEMENTS
What a ********** company, I cancelled my contracts with them on 20.07.2019 and I have received notification that I have migrated, which in their terms is cancelled my contract. On 06.08.2019 I received a bill to say I have changed my contract to a different package, now what the hell ! I did not sign nor did I agree to any new contact, I cancelled my contract, clearly simple English does not apply to these people.

We can confirm that the contracts were cancelled on 20/08/2019 according to the 30 days notice of cancellation you gave on 20/07/2019.
The invoice you received on 06/08/2019 was for the august subscription.
