In July I paid commitment amounts for my Cell C contracts. The amounts were somehow adjusted for a handset that I did not receive. The account was not closed and Cell C continues to debit my account. This is not acceptable as I have settled these accounts and nobody seems to know where the amount of R7069.12 that was paid to Cell C has disappeared to. The finance department needs to account for this payment.
