CELL C is debiting my FNB account an amount of R2020, I have never taken any contract with them nor signed or agreed to anything with them. I have sent several emails to their ***** department and I'm not getting any response to show that someone is working on my query. I have attached all the documents excluding my bank statements as I no longer feel safe. Can someone please advise or assist by canceling this ********** activity and I'm always overdrawn because of the reversals and resubmit that CellC does in my bank account.
