good day please be advised that i have received an sms advising me that i had taken out a contract with cellc and has been approved. i then decided to call the number that was on the sms and have come to realize that someone had went into the la lucia store and have cloned my documents and taken out a contract under my name. i have being trying to call the store for the past 2 hours and no one has answered to provide me with assistance or feedback regarding this matter. please can someone assist. my contact number is ********** 400
