********** activities on Cell C Contract Account

I went to the Cell C branch in Westgate do a sim swap and they told me to I call the call center and they would only charge me R50, On Wednesday 15 April 2015 I called the call centre and a gentle man by the name of Siboniso referred my quarry to some gentleman who called me 8am and security questions were asked and answered and I then told him that I was made aware that someone was using my number. the gentle man then told me that he would call me back in 15min but nothing. I called again at 12 and Thobile Mxube told me that my request was cancelled and I need to go to the branch or wait for Morris Matsimela to call me from help desk. no one has shown interest in following up with my problem. I'm paying for this contract monthly and I last switched this number on in January before I misplaced it. Please help me urgently to resolve this issue.
