********** accounts at cellc

A ********** account was opened today in my name at cellc. I received an email with a sale ref number to track my order. I do not have an account with cellc. Tried to explain this to a call center agent who kept forwarding my call. I was trying to stop this transaction before the person can get "their" delivery. This is draining as I don't know what else to do.
