********** accounts

I am very disappointed with Cell C. There is a lot of ***** happening and it looks like management is not doing their work to make sure security measures are very tight. In May 2022, a new ********** account was opened in my name and it took almost five months for Cell C to investigate and close the account.

I just noticed that a new account has been opened again in my name and it is affecting my credit score. It looks like Cell C has employed ********* or people who are *********** and this is causing trauma to its client and I am even afraid to give them ID copies because another new account will still be opened.

Who is really auditing Cell C and not picking up of this ********** accounts? what is the value of POPIA act because people still use our information to open new account
