********** ACCOUNT WITH CELL C/ STRUGGLE TO CLEAR MY NAME ON SAFPS
Hello Peter
I have stated on my previous review about ********** account open with Cell C with out my knowledge.
Since 2018 it has not been resolved. When i call their call center, i am asked to produce a cell number that is not known to me. The things are getting worse for me as i tried to upgrade my MTN number after being month to month for almost a year now, upgrade was declined unless i produced a clearance from Cell C. To day i tried to get my Betway Account activated and RICA for it to no success, i was referred to SAFPS for clearance. SAFPS could not provide any clearance since Cell C did not list me as a victim of ***** .
Can i have this sorted please,

I finally got my clearance as a victim of ***** the past Friday registered by Cell C at SAFPS.
I would like to say thanks for providing this platform to Cell C social media team, Moses (MM) to be specific for their tireless efforts to get the above issue resolved.
