********** account still not removed from my ITC profile
It's been over 3 years trying to sort out the ********** account opened on my behalf!!! I'm really inconvenienced by this unprofessional behaviour from Cell C. I came to your store more than 4 times to try and get to the bottom of this! Every time I'm told it's closed yet my ITC profile is tremendously affected! My credit score went down by 92 point, this month alone!!! Word's can't fully expressed my frustration over this matter!!!
