********** account opened under my nane

Can you kindly assist me with cell c they keep on making ***** under my name I just saw on clear score that there is an account that is added and it's cell c which I know nothing about and it has reflected as a missed payment and I personally did not take any contract with cell c,please assist because it's destroying my credit score.
