********** account opened in my name

on 28 July and 31 August two debit orders went through from my account from cell C, when I inquired I was told that I have opened an account in Tzaneen. I told them that I have no Cell C gadgets or opened any account. i was adviced to send affidavit, bank statement, and id copy so i did. i send the documents to ********** and ********** even today no one has called for an update. all i get is harassing calls from their agents. I have also received an sms directing me to call SSDA i dont know what for. I wonder what is the purpose of their ***** department if they treat innocent people like this. I am getting gatvol now, I am thinking of taking legal actions against Cell C.
