over 3 months down the line an account opened **********ly with cell c using my details/documents is still open and in arreas affecting my credit record. I have submitted all the documents(ID,SAPS affidavit,statement) required by them over and over again and they promise to get back to me with feedback but they never do. this is serious as this is affecting my credit record and the account keeps appearing on my report.
