********** account opened

Someone has opened a contract under my account. I have spoken to at least 6 people at your contact center and no one at Cell C seems to know the contact details for your ***** department. I either get numbers that do not exist or they can’t help me.

It seems to be a regular occurrence of ********** contracts opened up under other people’s accounts. Come on Cell C, where are your controls to protect your legitimate customers!
