********** account open under my name and they deduct money every month.

On the 1st of august i received a notification from the bank that cell c deducted R2073 from my account, i phoned them and they confirm that indeed there's an account opened under my name. They requested ID copy and affidavit in-order for them to dispute the contract, which i emailed them from cell c store.They promised me is not gonna take even two week. Last month they deducted the same money again and i went to bank to reverse it but they deducted it again with the charges of R600. Every time when i phone them they say we're waiting for the documents which used to open a contract. They're treating me very bad and this is stressing me.
