********** Account & ITC Listing via MBD

About a year ago I noticed that Cell C had been debiting my account for R100 p/m for a couple of months. I notified them that I do not own a Cell C contract and I was told this was a ********** account and they are busy investigating this and will notify me as soon as the issue is sorted. I stopped the debit order in the meantime and about 3 months ago I received an email from MBD notifying me on the fact that CELL C had handed me over to them for being a bad debtor. The outstanding figure was R100, they requested I sent through an affidavit, a copy of my ID and signature in order for them to check the contract and verse this Listing. Till today I am being taken from pillar to post. I have now settled the R100 (R111.40) and am waiting for a letter of clearance as this listing is affecting my credit record adversely. No wonder this Telecommunications company is doing bad as they cant even sort out small issues such as this. I want my credit record clear and clean from such as soon as possible!!!!
