Hi,<br> <br> 3.5 weeks ago i got a debit order from Cell C of which i never signed up for. Upon noticing this I called the Cell C call center to esquire about it and on the first call i was put on hold for over 30 min and then decided to drop and call again. The second time the lady who spoke to me said he opened a case for me and gave me the reference number: *** and also promised that within a day I will get a call from one of their investigators. 3 days passed and nothing. I then decided to call them again and gave the reference number and was again told that an investigator will call me within a day..and guess what? NOTHING!!<br> <br> Can someone from Cell C please help me with this! I have never signed up for anything with Cell C!<br> <br> Regards,
