Rating should be Zero. I found out earlier this year that someone opened an account which is in arrears using my details. I have tried to dispute it. Even went to an extend of doing it via Transunion which was supposedly removed from my name only to find out that the account is still open and is in my name. I got the affidavit from the police station which was requested yet still the Account still exists and is messing up my credit record. I have never had any account with Cell C yet I find myself in a debt which I know nothing about. I need this account closed and removed under my name immediately as I have never opened nor even tried to get a cell c contract. Frankly even cell c customer service employees are not even helpful and I refuse to submit any of my personal documents and bank statement just so u can continue opening ********** accounts using my details and deducting money in my account for an account I know nothing about. Cell C is the worst and frankly a ********** company which keeps on opening accounts using other people’s details!!!!
