********** Account & Debit Orders – No help from Cell C

Zero(0) Rating. A few months ago(April 2021), I noticed a debit order from Cell C on my bank transactions. I have never had any Cell c contract and turns out someone opened a ********** account in my name. I contacted Cell C 's ***** department and sent all the documents requested to *** (twice already) . I've sent follow up emails to the ***** department(***) and contacted contract customer service (084145 & ***) several times and have not had a single reply. I also request that Cell C absolve me of all charges on the account, and that you take all appropriate steps to remove information about this account from my credit files. Please investigate this matter, close the account, and absolve me of all charges, and send me a letter explaining your findings and actions.
