I'm disappointed and want closure from Cell C, I was applying for finance support to buy a car then my application declined, then i found out that I'm blacklisted because of they is contract taken from Cell C using my ID without my knowledge, i called Cell C several times but can't get any assistance to investigate this matter to clear my name, also sent several emails with no reply from Cell C. so i asked cell C to send me documents that was given on my behalf to approve that contract (id, Bank statement, Camera footage or call record) but i was told they don't have those documents, in my surprise how can Cell C approve a contract for a person without those important documents. my life is not moving because of this ********** activities, Cell does not want to investigate this matter to clear my name, I'm real disappointed with conduct of Cell C.
